How long does an order take?

Pankaj Handicraft dispatches within 1–3 working days; pan-India delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. Custom-made pieces have a longer lead time, listed on the product page.

Can I pay on delivery?

Where COD is enabled, the option appears at checkout. UPI, cards, NetBanking and wallets are also accepted via Razorpay.

Are returns accepted?

Pankaj Handicraft's return policy is on the Returns page. In short: 7-day return window for items that arrive damaged or significantly different from the listing; custom and personalised pieces are non-returnable.

Is the piece I want in stock?

If the product page shows a "Buy now" button, it is in stock. Out-of-stock or made-to-order pieces are marked accordingly.

Can I see the piece in person before buying?

Workshop visits are by appointment. Get in touch via WhatsApp or Instagram to arrange one.

Where is GST shown?

All prices are inclusive of GST. The invoice you receive after purchase carries the GSTIN and tax breakdown.
