Dispatch timeline
Pankaj Handicraft typically dispatches within 1–3 working days of receiving an order. Custom-made pieces have longer lead times — the product page lists the timeline where it differs.
Delivery timeline
Pan-India delivery takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. Tier-3 and remote pincodes may add 2–4 days. You will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp the moment your order ships.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The exact charge is shown before you confirm payment.
Cash on Delivery
Where available, the COD option appears at checkout. A small COD handling fee may apply.
Packaging
Each piece is wrapped, padded and packed by hand at the workshop before it leaves. If your order arrives damaged in transit, take a photo of the parcel before opening it and contact us right away.
