Returns & Refunds
If a piece isn't right, here's how we sort it out.
When you can return a piece
Pankaj Handicraft accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective or significantly different from the listing. The piece must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
What can’t be returned
Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order pieces, and any item described as final-sale on the product page, are non-returnable. Items damaged after delivery are not eligible.
How to start a return
Open the order from the Orders page, choose "Return" and pick a reason. The workshop will get back within 2 working days with pickup details or a self-ship address. Keep the piece and the original packaging unused while we sort it out.
Refund timeline
Once the workshop confirms receipt of the returned piece, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank credits can take an additional 2–3 days to reflect.
Order cancellations
You can cancel before dispatch — usually within 12–24 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, you’ll need to use the return flow.
